  • Steak: Liberally rub steaks with approximately 4-5 teaspoons per pound of meat. Let rub sit on the meat for at least 30 minutes allowing the flavors to absorb before grilling. Burgers: Liberally sprinkle on both sides of burgers before grilling and/or before serving. Or, add 4-5 teaspoons per pound of ground meat, mix well and form into burger patties. Prime Rib, Brisket or Roasts: Lightly coat meat with olive oil, then generously rub our Smoked Steak & Burger Rub all over before cooking. Always let the Rub sit on meat for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to fully absorb before cooking or grilling. Everyday: Try this Rub in your next recipe of Pork, Wings, Meatloaf, Tacos or just about any dish. Get creative and use it on Potato Salad or Mac 'n Cheese for something a bit smokey.
