Steak: Liberally rub steaks with approximately 4-5 teaspoons per pound of meat. Let rub sit on the meat for at least 30 minutes allowing the flavors to absorb before grilling. Burgers: Liberally sprinkle on both sides of burgers before grilling and/or before serving. Or, add 4-5 teaspoons per pound of ground meat, mix well and form into burger patties. Prime Rib, Brisket or Roasts: Lightly coat meat with olive oil, then generously rub our Smoked Steak & Burger Rub all over before cooking.
